Four interesting words fell from DJ Khaled’s lips, ‘Will You Marry Me?’

A day after Busta Rhymes‘ ‘Twerk It’ video hit, featuring a rapping and booty poppin’ Nicki Minaj, the ‘We the Baddest’ DJ/producer took to MTV proposing to the rap/pop star. While we’re convinced he’s joking the production and sincere look on his face has us wondering. With a bit of a twinkle in his eye (**well maybe we’re exaggerating here**) he explained:

I love you, I like you. I want you, I want you to be mine. Imma be honest with you, I wanna marry you. Nicki Minaj, will you marry me?

He continued:

You need a man like me in your life that’s gonna take care of you and respect you…You gotta take your time and think about it, i over-stand.  I wanna let your fans know, my fans know, my family, your family…that I wanna marry you. I’ve been working hard for this ring. I’m prepared for this day, so I went and got this ring. Nicki Minaj, will you marry me?

And Nicki’s response? Despite the fact that she has a boyfriend (Safaree “Scaff Beezy” Samuels), we’re assuming she’s somewhere laughing at Khaled’s antics. Cute ring though…right?
