Comedian, actor, TV/radio Host Nick Cannon and friends used their star power this weekend with his third Annual Back-to-School event.

Produced by Cannon’s NCredible Entertainment, celebrities and artists handed out school supplies to school kids donated by Spray Ground, Mead Five Star, Office Depot,Chipotle,Oakley, Monster Cable, Kameleon sunglasses, Nickelodeon and the latest issue of Celebrity High magazine. The event featured live performances by actress Meagan Good’s new girl group Phenix Rose, Kristina Debarge, 8 Flavah’s Crew (MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew), comedian Lunell and more. Peep the pix.
