Bow Wow Pleads With Chris Brown to Stay Out of Trouble: ‘Don’t give these people more reason to talk!’
It’s been a little more than 24 hours and close friends and fans of Chris Brown are concerned about his recent legal trouble. Over the weekend, the 24-year-old singer was charged with felony assault. Chris and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy allegedly attacked a man with their fists, outside the W Hotel in downtown D.C.
The singer, who was in town making a club appearance during Howard University’s Homecoming weekend, allegedly attacked a 20-year-old Beltsville man. The victim was treated and released at a hospital for treatment for a bruised and swollen face, police spokesman Anthony Clay told CNN. The arrest could have serious legal consequence for Chris since he is serving probation for the felony domestic violence conviction relating to his 2009 attack on former girlfriend Rihanna. Sunday evening, Chris’ close friend rapper Bow Wow took to Instagram, penning a personal message to the singer. He wrote:

According to TMZ, under DC law, Chris will remain in jail until he sees a magistrate at some point on Monday.

um hmm, I think a little jail time will calm his a@@ all the way down. And i’m not talking a weekend, he needs a few months to get humble.
Agreed, I love Chris Brown’s music. I’m also rooting for him. I want to see him win i.e. have success, etc but I think he needs a serious reality check. He’s also “screaming” about positivity, love each other, disregard ignorance but is not an example of what he preaches. Before you guy say he’s a “young male trying to find himself/ trying to grow up/ learning to mature”, I say that’s a bunch of B.S.
Maturity is an action. It’s a state a mind. It’s a desire to be better and approach (and analysis) situations from difference angles. I honestly think he believes he is untouchable and the rules don’t apply to him therefore he needs to sit for a while just to understand that his examples of “positivity” have a negative connotation attacked to them.
