[WATCH] Enduring 6 Hours of Pain, Nicki Minaj’s Boyfriend Safaree Gets Her Face Tatted On His Arm

What better way to profess your love than a tattoo? Recently, Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend Safaree Samuels got a tattoo of his long time girlfriend on his arm. Enduring over six hours of pain and over 26 needles, Safaree inked a sultry photo of the star with pink hair and cleavage on his left arm. He explained during the process,

The problem is that a lot of people go and tattoo people they don’t know. Why not tattoo somebody I know, you know?

The pair have been mum on their relationship and steadily insist its nothing more than friendly. Last year during an interview with The Breakfast Club, Minaj explained (kinda) their relationship,

Scaff Beezy [Safaree] is my adopted son from Somalia [laughs]. We started rapping together. He’s been rapping with me for like 10 years. The first group I ever was in, he was in the group. People don’t understand the role he plays! We run our own ship. We have a couple companies together. I don’t know what people really want me to say. It’s so funny because even when I was in Tokyo they kept asking about him. People seem to be very intrigued, but we’re good.

This year she echoed similar comments in Marie Claire saying,

Dear Barbz: I don’t have a man. And if he were a secret man, why would I reveal him?”

The pain isn’t over just. Safaree says he still has five hours left to complete the tattoo. Ouch!
