Long before the days of running daytime TV, Queen Latifah (real name Dana Elaine Owens) broke into the industry in the late 80’s as one of the members of the original version of the Flavor Unit. Fast forward to conquering movies and TV, the 43-year-old Jersey chica came back to her roots, reminding viewers of her skill as an Emcee. This week, she performed the classic holiday song, Christmas in Hollis, alongside DMC. Rocking the group’s signature Adidas jacket and hat, watch her in her musical element.
