While, we love us some Mariah Carey, there was a light-weight Twitter debate ensuring Monday night, after her BET Honors performance. The former American Idol judge took to the stage, debuting her new sing, ‘You’re Mine (Eternal)’, for her first televised performance. While the actual show was pre-taped, some suggest that she was singing to a pre-recorded vocal track, which seems to be quite standard these days.

I hope she hasn’t lost her voice. All of her recent performances for the past few years have not been live. With a voice like hers, she should never need a track. Aint like she up there dancing.

For some reason every time I put a comment, it would not appear…Anyhoo, I was hoping she wouldn’t have a ultra Mariah Wardrobe malfunction–I was on the edge of my seat…But, the dress was lovely–and I couldn’t tell if she was lip-syncing or not…her cleavage was too distracting.
