[UPDATE] Big Sean Calls Off Engagement To Naya Rivera, Glee Star Accuses Rapper Of Stealing Jewelry!

It looks like Big Sean is back on the market.

Six months after his engagement to actress Naya Rivera, the cute couple have decided to end things. The G.O.O.D. music rapper confirmed the news with E!, with a statement from his rep stating:

After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off. The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue.

Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter.

Last night, we posted photos of the Glee actress attending the Marie Claire Fresh Faces event in Los Angeles without Big Sean and her massive engagement ring.

So what exactly happened? Neither have elaborated on why they called their wedding off, however, there have been unconfirmed rumors surrounding infidelity.

Recently, Star Magazine shared a story stating that sources state they’d he had cheated on her. Allegedly, he admitted to Naya that he had been unfaithful.

Big Sean’s rep denies these reports, stating they are untrue.  Big Sean and Naya’s most recent public appearance was last month at South By Southwest.

In an interview last year with DC’s WKYS radio, Big Sean gushed about falling for Naya and make their relationship public. He explained:

 I’ve been dating her [Naya Rivera] for a little while. That event was one of the first big events to come up. I’m kinda a private person and she’s a private person and the thing is I had a girlfriendtoo before that who I was with since I was like…I’ve always kinda been in a relationship, since I was  18 or 19 when I got with her and things didn’t work out not because of this music stuff. Just because sometimes when you’re with somebody, and you’re 18 and you grow up and it was long distance. She lived in NY, I lived in LA – you grow apart as people. Nothing more or nothing less, it wasn’t like I changed. We just really had our differences. As far as Naya, it’s something new. Naya she’s very cool. Our relationship is cool.

Before his relationship with  Naya, Big Sean had dated his high school sweetheart, Ashley, who he wrote a song about. No official comment has yet been released by Naya.

UPDATE // April 10th // 6 a.m. EST

Allegedly, their break-up has already started off a bit rocky, with Naya claiming Sean stole some expensive jewelry. The tweets, have since been deleted, but allegedly, the Glee actress claimed that Sean stole a Rolex from her home. She wrote on Twitter:

Meanwhile, Big Sean’s folk paint a different picture. Sources tell TMZ that Big Sean bought himself the watch, when he first became successful in the music industry. He allegedly gave the watch to Naya to wear, not to have.

Reportedly, the couple didn’t break-up from the rapper’s infidelity. Allegedly, Big Sean called the wedding off weeks ago because Naya was too controlling and jealous of women he worked with and met on tour. I guess there’s always three sides to every story, right?
