Rocsi Diaz Defends Keshia Chante After Awkward Interview With August Alsina
Watch the clip.
Rocsi Diaz, who once shared the coveted 106 & Park host stage with Terrence J, took to Twitter after the news, supporting Keshia.
Let me go on record and say Keshia Chante did her job as a journalist. Any other Radio or TV personality or blogger would have asked to. 2 even applaud how she was responded 2 is what’s wrong with our generation 2day. Also that language on @106andpark its not even necessary..
The Entertainment Tonight host added:
She Be applauded for asking the hard question not being shut down..
And noted that her then co-host Terrence would have intervened.
What are your thoughts? Was it inappropriate for Keshia to ask that question, even after she was asked not to backstage? Is it fair for talent to dictate what they will and will not discuss during an interview? Lastly, what if Keshia was told by BET producers to ask the question–should she still have asked?
