[Photos] First Lady Michelle Obama, Bow Wow Pop-Up At Howard University For College Tour

On Thursday (April 17), first lady Michelle Obama and BET 106 & Park host Bow Wow joined students from Chicago public high schools for a tour of Howard University. This year, and per FLOTUS’ request, Bow Wow joined her for the annual college visit called “Escape to the Mecca” — a reference to the university’s nickname “the mecca.”

The tour included a visit through HU’s famous quad, where she posed with students throwing up the ‘quad’ sign. Bow Wow and FLOTUS also spoke to HU and potential students about the importance of college. Check out a few candids of their visit.
