[EXCLUSIVE] Trey Songz Settles Legal Battle Over Alleged Club Assault
Enoe said in her complaint that Songz caused her mental distress, blurred vision, severe mental and physical anguish, a contusion, scratched cornea and a black eye. She filed suit for the medical bills, future bills, the loss of ability to continue her normal life.
Songz fired back denying the allegations claiming he was the victim and Enoe had to be restrained by security due to her behavior. He claims that she was in the VIP section illegally and unauthorized. He accused her of preying on him because he was a celebrity and she wanted money.
Then on March 28th , both parties were in court for per-trial settlement talks. The conference went well because the case was disposed of the same day, meaning Songz likely paid the woman to put the whole case behind him forever.
