[EXCLUSIVE] Paris Hilton Slapped With $2 MILLION Lawsuit Over Shoe Deal

The shoe co. claims that Hilton violated the contract by breaching the exclusively provision. They claim that Hilton’s team reached out to them around April 2013 claiming they wanted to take back certain territories where Antebi was selling Hilton’s shoes. Antebi says they did not agree with this.

Then in September, Antebi was informed by a European distributor that another company named Retouch Brands was distributing a brochure promoting Paris Hilton handbags, accessories and footwear. To top it off Hilton was even tweeting about her new line despite having a deal with Antebi.

Then the company says Hilton stopped approving designs even though they did nothing wrong. Then Hilton’s team trashed Antebi and made statements about them owing Hilton money.  Antebi wants Hilton’s lawsuit dismissed and awarded damages in excess of 2 MILLION DOLLARS. Paris Hilton Court Documents.
