Even as a child, she told the audience, she used to think:

The dress is pretty on her but she has been baring it all lately and im starting to look at her as slutty
I loved it. Daring, outside of the box. She was giving Old Hollywood with her own spin and I thought it was great. She even showed that she could look good covered up with her after party outfit which was the exact opposite of this.
I think we are desensitized. This woman is walking around naked at a formal, public event.
