Pregnancy isn’t an excuse to ease up off of your exercise hustle. Just ask women like Alysia Montaño (who recently competed at 8 months) and Kelly Rowland.  Kelly was a fitness guru before pregnancy and her regimen doesn’t seem to have halted. The 33-year-old singer posted Instagram photos of her having an intense session with her personal trainer.

She also posted some adorable beach shots of her sporting a bikini, cover-up and denim shorts.

Earlier this month, she used Instagram to announce that she and husband Tim Witherspoon were expecting. Kelly has yet to reveal the sex of her child.

    You can clearly see she’s really pregnant.Beyonce should’ve been as visual early on like Kelly.People may not have been so suspect about her pregnancy.
