Solange Knowles Covers ‘Lucky Magazine’ Side Steps Elevator Scandal: ‘We all feel at peace.’
Another cover for Solange Knowles! The singer/DJ and famous sister of Beyonce Knowles is sharing her classic retro style for Lucky Magazine. This is the 28-year-old’s first interview since the elevator scandal involving her and Jay Z. When asked about the incident, she referred to it as ‘that thing’, telling the mag:
What’s important is that my family and I are all good. What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.
As previously reported, in May leaked footage of Solange attacking Jay Z in an elevator, at an after-party, surfaced. The incident went down at The Standard hotel, after the Met Gala. Days after the incident, the Knowles-Carter family released a statement about the incident. No one has spoken publicly about the incident.
Last month, Solange was rumored to have become engaged to her long-term boyfriend, Alan Ferguson. Neither have confirmed the news.
