[EXCLUSIVE] Apollo Nida Strict Probation Deets Released: No Credit Cards, Loans, Drugs or Guns
Further, he is ordered to make full and complete disclose of his finances and submit to random audits of his finances at the request of his probation officer.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star also has to pay any financial judgement that he is ordered to as part of the case. It is noted that money he makes in prison can be used towards the judgement. Following his release he has to pay at least $150 a month towards the restitution.
He is also to perform 100 hours of community service. He is not allowed to possess any guns or dangerous weapons. Also, he has to participate in the drug/alcohol treatment program which he will pay for himself.
