[EXCLUSIVE] Legal Battle Between Rick Ross & LMFAO Heats Up
LMFAO has fired shot at rapper Rick Ross, demanding a federal court judge shut the rapper down.
The 43-year-old rapper sued the rap duo/band LMFAO over their hit song “Party Rock Anthem” which featured the line “Everyday I’m Shufflin”. Ross claimed that the line ripped off his line “Everyday I’m Hustlin” from his 2006 song “Hustlin”. The rapper sought an injunction and damages over the infringement.
LMFAO fired back at Rick Ross claiming they did riff on his line, but it’s fair game in the music biz. They then suggest Ross is a fraud. They explained that Ross made up a whole story about him being a dangerous drug dealer when in reality he used to be a corrections officer. Further, they say Ross’ song is
