[EXCLUSIVE] Oprah Settles Lawsuit With Chicken Wing Reality Show
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Oprah has settled the legal battle over the name of her upcoming show focusing on a chicken wing business and the company suing her has dropped their federal lawsuit against the media mogul.
As previously reported, a production company named RAGS TO RICK PRODUCTIONS filed a federal lawsuit against OWN network on August 15th, accusing Oprah’s company of stealing their trademark. The suit explained that they had produced a online reality show entitled “Wing-Men” which focuses on a business owner who has over 100 chicken wing restaurants.
