[EXCLUSIVE] Vanessa Bryant – Gives Kobe Back Mansion She Would Have Won In Divorce Settlement

However, here’s where it gets interesting — the deed to the home was given to The Vanessa Bryant Trust back in 2012. Then on July 11th, the trust transferred the deed of the home to the trust named 3 Avalon Vista LLC.

3 Avalon Vista LLC was created on June 19th and the LLC trust is Erika Williams with an address in El Segundo. Erika Williams is a California Attorney who works for The Landmark Sports Agency and who is a client of the agency, Kobe Bryant.

    The report did say the didn’t go thru with the divorce. Yea I get the title and Jas is correct there was a divorce settlement but then they decided to work it out. Read people read!
