Ramos then filed legal docs in Georgia — where the band members live — to register the judgement in the state. The reason for filing those court docs is to start collecting on his nearly 4 million dollar judgement and to be able to place liens on any assets & property the band members have in Georgia.
Then on May 28th, a lien was slapped against all the Jagged Edge band mates for a total of $4,086,158 which was the original judgement along with $96,507.13 in interest.
The lien notes that if the judgement isn’t paid the court will go after all of the band members assets until it is paid in full.
