Joan Rivers Laid to Rest At Star Studded Funeral
On September 7th, Joan Rivers (81) was laid to rest. The legendary comedian’s funeral was a star-studded send-off bringing fashion, Hollywood, theater and press to her home going.
According to the Associated Press, Howard Stern delivered the eulogy, Broadway singer-actress Audra McDonald performed, along with the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus (who sang Broadway hits including “Hey Big Spender”), Hugh Jackman (who sang “Quiet Please, There’s a Lady On Stage”).
Celebrity attendees included: Kathy Griffin, Rosie O’Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, Kelly Osbourne, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Giuliana Rancic, celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz, Clive Davis, Michael Kors, Barbara Walters, Geraldo Rivera, Diane Sawyer, Kathie Lee Gifford, Hoda Kotb, Andy Cohen, Donald Trump and Steve Forbes.
