Wiz Khalifa Wants Joint Custody of Baby Bash + Did Amber Rose Catch Him Cheating?

Wiz Khalifa wants joint custody of his one-year-old son, Sebastian, with estranged wife Amber Rose–reports TMZ. As previously reported, Amber’s divorce petition notes that she wants full custody of their son, not joint.

According to the site,

 Fact is … in California it’s advantage Wiz because there’s a presumption joint custody is in the best interests of a child … and when a parent asks for sole custody it’s often a sign of vengeance. Wiz also is

agreeable on the prenup … like Amber, he wants it enforced. Amber is the one who demanded a prenup and she’s getting a lump sum payment north of $1 million.

According to the docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, Wiz is also willing to pay Amber spousal support, because we now know the prenup provides that.

Reportedly, Amber may receive almost $5K a month via spousal support.

As if the child custody issue isn’t enough, more messy details are leaking out about what triggered the divorce. Reportedly, Wiz left Amber weeks before she actually filed. A source tells TMZ that Wiz told a friend that

‘I just didn’t want to be married to her anymore’.

Ouch! The story goes that Amber sorta-kinda caught Wiz in the act. The site reports:

We’re told Wiz moved out and got his own place, and the day before Amber filed, she went to his house at 2 AM and found him with another woman … and went nuts.

As far as Wiz is concerned … he wasn’t cheating. He told friends he made it clear weeks earlier the marriage was over.

It’s interesting … even though Wiz moved out weeks before … he listed the legal date of separation on his divorce response as Sept. 22 — last Monday.

Eek.
