[EXCLUSIVE] Ne-Yo Denies Defrauding Bank Out of $1.4 Million, Wants Lawsuit Dismissed
theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned, Ne-Yo (real name Shaffer Chimere Smith) is firing back at the legal battle accusing him of defrauding a bank out of $1.4 million dollars. The singer/producer claims he never signed any loan documents and it’s the banks fault for allowing other people to take out millions under his name without authorization.
Earlier this year, Citibank sued Ne-Yo, claiming they loaned the singer a series of business loans in 2013 totaling $1.4 million dollars.
