Wendy Williams Show Hits Season High + Marvel Names Chadwick Boseman First Black Superhero
Great news for Wendy Williams. Reportedly, The Wendy Williams Show is doing well in the ratings department, hitting a new high in households (1.8) and a season high in the key demo of women 25 to 54 (1.2) in the nationally syndicated rankings released for the week ending Oct. 19.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the household ratings number was a 14 percent increase over the prior week and 29 percent better than the same week one year ago, which means it was seen in over 2 million homes for only the second time in its five year run. In women 25-54, it was up 9 percent over the prior week and 20 percent above a year earlier. The ‘How You Doin’?’ host is also seen on BET and is syndicated to 52 countries worldwide.
