(EXCLUSIVE) Tom Joyner Sued By Woman Who Claims AIDS Allegations Destroyed Her Life
In the lawsuit, Mitchell explains that Tom Joyner stated on his radio show that she had contacted the AIDS/HIV virus from 2006 to 2010. According to the court documents, she claims that Joyner stated on his show numerous times that she was a black accountant from Iowa who had been internationally spreading the disease and even referred to her a serial killer.
She claims that these statements are false and she does not have AIDS. Further, she claims the statements Joyner made have destroyed her life and career. Mitchell says that Joyner made the accusations knowing they were not true and only did so to deceive his radio listeners.
Reportedly, Mitchell blames Joyner along with ABC Radio and Walt Disney for broadcasting false information that has ruined her life. She is suing for an unspecified amount of money in damages. We’ve reached out to Joyner’s team — so far, no response. See the exclusive court docs.
Update #2. A Reach Media Spokesperson, who represents Tom Joyner, provided the following statement:
This lawsuit is the same frivolous lawsuit that she filed in Iowa and was dismissed. Know that approximately 20 suits have been filed by Blondell Mitchell in various states against various media defendants. She eventually sued Reach Media, Inc., Thomas E. Joyner, and other media defendants in Iowa. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa (Central Division) granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss on May 8, 2012, which was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Plaintiff then moved to Missouri and re-files a very similar Civil Complaint in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (Western Division) against the same Defendants. This lawsuit is the same frivolous lawsuit that she filed in Iowa.

And as for all the Cases, they stand as proof of how the Jews corrupted America or should I say the United States of Israel. Tom Joyner contract was held by ABC which is owned by Disney which is Jewish Controlled. First there were 14 medical affidavits for 3 different states stating I do not and have never had Aids/HIV or the virus associated with the disease (once you have it, it doesn’t go away). Second most of the Judges were Jewish and the ones that were not, were paid for their services through speaking engagements by Jewish 501c Non Profit Hate Groups (they pay Colleges and other organizations to have them speak it’s called Racketeering and Obstruction of Justice), and at least one accepted the position of Dean of a Law School (members of the Board of Director in the Civil Action sits). Third if you read my legal Briefs which recite Supreme Court Cases you will see that the Lanham Act does not require competition. Fourth the Lanham is Federal Law, not State Law. Fifth Diversity of Citizenship is determined by an organization Nerve Center (Corporate Office). Fifth the Radio Station in Iowa suspends their ability to do business in the State of Iowa when I file suit, in an attempt to avoid service, making the business what is legally referred to as having no home. Sixth in all the cases they will not honor my subpoenas to turn over the tapes. Seventh: They responded to the complaints after the due date making them in default, but since these companies are ran by Jews and owned by Jewish Stock Holders they can do no wrong. Eighth: in at least one Civil Action their attorney entered a False Corporate Disclosure Statement so that Federal Jurisdiction would not be met. I could go on, but I will end with this statement, If you say anything against a Jew or the Jewish People, you are called an Anti Semite but if a Jew or a Jewish organization intentionally and maliciously SLANDERS AND DEFAMES you they will pay the U.S. Congress along with SUPREME COURT JUSTICES SPOUCES to name it Freedom of Speech.
