(EXCLUSIVE) Michael Vick Pleads With Court Over $2.4 Million Creditor Blocking Sale of Home
Meanwhile, Vick reportedly claims that this was the deal that occurred during his bankruptcy payment plan and that the company agreed to release any and all liens on his properties. Vick says when he reached out to the bank — following the home sale not going through — they refused to release the lien against his home.
Vick says due to their actions the home sale has not going through and if the bank doesn’t release their lien by November 30th he could be held responsible for breaching the deal he made with the buyers. See the court docs.
