GOP Secretary Kim Crenier Tweets Ferguson Thugs Deserve Fire Hoses [VIDEO]

Social media seems to have gotten another government official in hot water.

GOP Secretary Kim Crenier is under fire, after a series of Tweets which some call offensive and racist. On Monday, in response to the Ferguson unrest, she posted a Tweet stating:

A suggestion for Ferguson- fire hoses. Grt big fire hoses, serious water pressure. Kn0ck those thugs over. They probly need a shower anyway.

And now, some community leaders are calling for her ousting. Pastor R.L. Gundy with the SCLC says there is no excuse.

That’s insensitive, it’s racist. To make a comment like ‘thugs’ you might as well call somebody a n*****.

Crenier says she was suggesting another way to control unruly protesters.
