(EXCLUSIVE) A$AP Rocky: Woman Suing Me For Assault Has Criminal Record & LIED To Police!
theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusive details on an alleged ugly slap that’s plagued A$AP Rocky for the last year. A woman named Lisamarie Wade filed a federal lawsuit against A$AP Rocky earlier this year, accusing him of slapping her at a Philadelphia music festival. She claimed the rapper smacked her, without being provoked, as he made his way through the crowd. The slap allegedly knocked her to the ground and disorientated her.
In the filed court documents, she claimed the, “slap caused a string of ailments which interfere with her ability to enjoy society with her minor child as a young, single mother.” She filed suit for at least $75k in damages.
The woman filed a private criminal complaint but withdrew it after she couldn’t locate A$AP to serve him with the complaint.
The rapper then fired back to the legal battle, explaining he never touched the woman and that he did not turn around “or made any conscious effort to strike Plaintiff“. He continues by adding he, “did not intentionally assault Plaintiff or otherwise act in a manner to cause her injuries“.
