Protests Continue in DC & NYC: Russell Simmons, Nas, Dick Gregory March [Photos]
Over the weekend, protesters walked the streets of Washington, DC and New York City, voicing their displeasure of police brutality, along with the recent deaths of Eric Garner, Mike Brown, Tamir Rice and others that have died.
Rev. Al Sharpton and his National Action Network organized the Justice for All March, while the Justice League New York and celebrities led and promoted NY’s efforts.
Celebrity protesters amongst the crowd included Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles, Nas, Dick Gregory, Michael Eric Dyson, Donnie McClurkin and others.
