(EXCLUSIVE) Kris Jenner Served With Kanye West’s Lawsuit!
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports Kanye West’s mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, has now been intertwined with the 37-year-old artists latest lawsuit. We’ve learned that Jenner, the Kardashian matriarch and Keeping Up With the Kardashian cast member, was served with a lawsuit filed against the rapper and now another musician is on the hunt for Kris to hit her with a brand new legal battle involving Kanye.
Earlier this year, Kanye was reportedly sued by a 70’s musician, Robert Poindexter, who accused him of illegally sampling his song “Trying Girls Out” in the remix of “Girls Girls Girls“. He is demanding damages of the copyright infringement.
Problem is, Poindexter has been attempting to track down Kanye for over a year to serve him with the lawsuit papers. He has failed numerous times despite even having the help of the United States Marshalls.
However, the musician filed docs informing the court he has reportedly hired a man named Nelson Tucker who is one of the only people to ever track down Ye.
