(EXCLUSIVE) MediaTakeOut’s Fred Mwangaguhunga Gets New Reality Show
Sources tell us that Fred had been allegedly pitching the show to networks for some time now.
We hear that initially, networks were apprehensive about the show’s concept, after the ratings failure of shows like VH1’s The Gossip Game. [FYI: The Gossip Game was a series that debuted on April 1, 2013, and chronicled the lives of seven media personalities who cover the urban entertainment market and reside in New York City. The show did not return after it’s first season.]
Anywho, we’re not surprised that Mwangaguhunga has allegedly ventured into reality TV. For the past few years, he’s done both radio and TV interviews, branding himself as a personality. Not to mention, he and his wife were included in the list of ‘Media Power Couples’ in the New York Observer, marketing themselves further to expand outside of the blogosphere. Reportedly, filming for the new show is complete and the show is expected to air at some point during the 1st quarter.
