theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports Flo Rida (real name Tramar Lacel Dillard) is NOT the father of a 2-year-old Florida boy and he scored a legal victory when a paternity lawsuit filed against him was thrown out of court — due to him proving his DNA did not match the child in question.

A woman by the name of Gloria Holloway hit the rapper with a paternity lawsuit claiming he was the father of her 2-year-old son and she wanted him to provide support for the child that they conceived together.

Holloway filed the legal battle in Miami court back in 2013. The Florida Department of Revenue also filed docs in the case on behalf of the woman demanding the rapper pay child support for the 2-year-old boy. They wanted the court to order Flo to
