(EXCLUSIVE) Tyga Skips Court Ordered Mediation, Continues Legal Battle w/ Ex-Business Partner
Tyga defended himself against his ex-business partner in court documents, claiming that he gave Marrero a percentage of the company. Further, he claims that the man never was promised any money for coming up with the designs for Last Kings.
The rapper reportedly claims that Marrero stepped down from the line in 2012 and thus gave up all commission from the sales of the line.
Then on January 6th, Tyga’s ex-partner filed docs demanding the rapper be sanctioned for missing a court ordered mediation between the two.
Marrero explains that the judge in the case ordered Tyga to attend a session with his ex-partner on September 17th. However, Marrero explains that the Tyga never attended, despite being ordered to do so.
He is demanding the court slap Tyga with a $10,900 sanction and to make sure he shows up to the next session. We’ve reached out to Tyga’s reps, so far no response. See the exclusive docs.
