Your postings on BravoTV have been false, malicious and ostensibly made with the intent to cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring her in her trade and/or profession.

So, I guess this means Claudia J. can also send a C&D to ol Nene. Mrs. Leaks stated during a Bravo broadcast “your cl*t has left your body!” The above remark, among others, were directed at Ms. Jordan. Those remarks could very well have caused Ms. Jordan undue stress. Remember Mrs. Leakes, honey, your same words have been false, malicious and ostensibly made with the intent to cause damage to a persons reputation by exposing them to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring them in their trade and/or profession. Claudia is a part of a nationally syndicated radio program called the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, of which, I’m sure is a BRAND that Claudia would like to protect.
