When is the last time you’ve seen Janet Jackson in public? It’s rare that she steps out (we haven’t seen her photographed very much this year) but we caught her this week in Milan, Italy. The 48-year-old singer (whose married to Wissam Al Mana) was spotted shoe shopping at the Giuseppe Zanotti store.
