Reginae Carter On Lil Wayne’s Beef With Birdman: My loyalty belongs to my father. [VIDEO]

Today, (February 18th) Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, Toya Wright, and daughter, Reginae Carter stopped by The Wendy Williams Show to talk about their extravagant episode of My Super Sweet 16. Toya told Wendy what she thinks about Lil Wayne dating Christina Milian and opened up about her split from her husband of four years. Plus, Reginae dished about the feud between Lil Wayne and Birdman and reveals if she wants a career in music.

While Toya wouldn’t reveal the cost of Reginae’s Super Sweet 16, she told Wendy,

Reginae is a great child and it’s her 16th birthday. Everybody does it big for their kids 16th birthday party.

She also opened up about her divorce to Lil Wayne, “It was just a whole lot. We were’t really ready for marriage, we were young. There were a whole lot of infidelity issues and a lot of things going on at the time.” When Wendy asked about her thoughts regarding Lil Wayne and his relationship with Christina Milian, Toya quickly responded, “I don’t think about that.”

Toya also explained her separation from her husband, music producer Memphitz,

My husband started to feel like he was living in my shadow. When I met him he was a big music executive. To go from a being a big music executive to being known as Lil Wayne’s ex-wife’s husband, it just started to take a toll on him.

She added,

He started mixing business with pleasure. He got into a relationship with his artist, K. Michelle. It was a lot of allegations that he beat her and stuff like that. The person you see right now, that’s a person that’s dealing with a lot of hurt and pain.
