A family member reportedly says that she had come home from her son’s soccer game, and was home alone with him. Later in the evening, her husband Carsten Soulshock, came home and found her unconscious and bleeding. According to the site, it appears that Maxwell had fallen and cut her neck on glass, as she was bleeding profusely, but still had a pulse. 911 was called and she was taken by paramedics to Cedars Sinai Hospital, but had lost too much blood. Reportedly, she died on the way to the hospital. Detectives do not suspect foul play.
