[Cut-The-Check] Tasha Smith Is Paying Ex-Husband $7k Per Month + Terrence Howard’s Ex-Wife Wants ‘Empire’ Money

In the court documents, Tasha also said that she was fearful that she’d end up like the wife of actor Michael Jace [ The Shield actor allegedly shot and killed his wife]. If necessary, Tasha says that she will have some of her celebrity friends, including Tisha Campbell Martin, confirm her claims of abuse.

Meanwhile, Keith sang a similar song. He said that Tasha flies into alcohol fueled rages and had threatened to kill him, warning him to “not fall asleep or something will happen.” He had a restraining order against Tasha in the home that they shared, preventing them to stay two yards away from each other. Both denied the allegations the others had made.

And in other news, Terrence Howard is in the middle of a nasty legal battle with this ex-wife, Michelle Howard. The Empire star’s (who is currently married and expecting a new baby) ex is requesting additional money from their divorce agreement.

Initially, it was reported that she receives almost $6K in spousal support ($5,800 to be exact). But apparently, the amount that was agreed upon, was before his Empire salary was included.

Terrence allegedly makes $125K for each episode. According to court docs, Michelle is to receive 21% of anything the actor makes over $62,500 in the first 3 months of this year. Long story short, she believes she is owed additional money, based on their agreement.
