45-Year-Old Man Sues Kappa Alpha Psi & Police Officer $2 Million For Hazing
It’s another hefty lawsuit being thrown at Kappa Alpha Psi. [FYI: Kappa Alpha Psi is a collegiate Greek-letter fraternity with a predominantly African-American membership, founded on January 5, 1911. The fraternity has over 150,000 members with 721 undergraduate and alumni chapters in every state of the United States, and international chapters in the United Kingdom, Germany, Korea, Japan, United States Virgin Islands, Nigeria, and South Africa.]
A 45-year-old man named Harry Draughn Jr., claims that he was seeking membership and experienced hazing. Harry claims that he was attempting to be a member of the Spring 2015 line of an alumni chapter (Hyattsville/Landover Maryland Alumni Chapter) in Prince Georges County, Maryland.
