LA Gear & Tyga Team Up to Launch “Liquid Gold Lights” + Christina Milian, Karrueche Attend [Photos]

Earlier this year, L.A. Gear announced their collaboration with rapper, Tyga for their first highly anticipated classic light up shoe re-launch. Today marks the official re-launch of the iconic brand, L.A. Gear’s first limited edition light up shoe where the hip-Hop recording artist hosted an official unveiling of “Liquid Gold L.A. Lights” by Tyga for fans at the Shiekh Shoes store on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Liquid Gold L.A. Lights, a solid metallic gold upper with black highlights and a black outsole with lights in the heel, is a tribute to the modern rendition of the classic 80’s L.A Lights Sneakers by L.A Gear. The event displayed the brand new shoe with only 500 limited pairs available.

Tyga and Mother, Pasionaye Nguyen

Tyga met with fans, signed autographs, and supporters came out to the event including Karrueche and Christina Milian and his mom, Pasionaye Nguyen. Liquid Gold L.A Lights are exclusively available at Shiekh Shoes.
