(EXCLUSIVE) Update: Lil Wayne Moves $51 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Birdman to Louisiana
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Lil Wayne has dropped his $51 million dollar lawsuit against Birdman’s Cash Money Records, without his mentor ever responding to his allegations of being screwed out of tens of millions for his yet to be released album “Tha Carter V”.
The rapper filed the lawsuit back in January of this year. Wayne accused Cash Money and Birdman of violating the deal they had and refusing to pay him tens of millions to him for his yet to be released “Tha Carter V”.
Wayne demanded that the court allow him to leave his contract with Cash Money due to the record label breaching their deal by not paying him his money. He filed suit against Cash Money for $51 million dollars for the money he was owed and damages for them not releasing his album. Wayne also wanted a court order stating he was the rightful owner of all copyrights related to Drake, Nicki Minaj and others.

It sounds to me like Lil Wayne won this fight. It was reported a few days ago Birdman just took out a large loan on his home the loan amount was in the ballpark of the amount of Lil Waynes Lawsuit. So I think Birdman Broke Wayne off maybe not the amount Wayne was suing him for but Im sure he got what he felt was fair! They havent made up Wayne Just said F@#$ Cash Money again Yesterday at one of his performances!
