(UPDATE) Lil Wayne Slams Young Thug: F**k Him! + Thugga Responds [VIDEO]
It’s crystal clear — Lil Wayne (real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr.) and Young Thug (Jeffrey Williams) are nowhere near friends or associates. The tension between Birdman’s rapping protege and Wayne continues to heighten.
Earlier this week, Thugga announced that he’d be releasing his new album, titled Carter 6, on April 17th. [FYI: Wayne’s has released previous albums titled, Tha Carter (2004); Tha Carter II (2005); Tha Carter III (2008); Tha Carter IV (2011) and Tha Carter V (2015) ].Thugga also released the visuals for his album cover, where he appears with no shirt on (and potentially nude, we aren’t 100% sure).
What’s more? Tunechi is addressing Thugga directly, via a new video that surfaced on social media. Last night, Wayne performed in Jackson, MS, at his “Release Partiez” nightclub tour. At one point during his performance, Wayne told club-goers:
Before I go any further, I want y’all to do me a favor and stop listening to songs of n*ggas that pose naked on they mutha fuckin’ album cover … Whoever it is in this mutha fucka, y’all let him know I said, ‘Fuck Him!’.
