Christina Milian Talks Friendship With Karruche & Iyanla Vanzant Backlash [INTERVIEW]
Christina Milian is proving that she’s a woman on the move. In addition to staying busy in her personal life (she’s dating Young Money’s Lil Wayne), she’s just landed a second season on her new E! reality show (Christina Milian Turned Up), working on a new project (last year she signed to Young Money) and is pushing her new fashion brand – #WeArePopCulture. In a recent interview with theJasmineBRAND.com correspondent @SmithWorldWide, chats with the “We Ain’t Worried” singer about the brand, the relationship with her daughter (Violet) and her best friends Karrueche Tran’s interview with Iyanla Vanzant. I have all these opportunities that you do see me in, the media, you see me in music videos, all that stuff and I’m like why not wear my own clothes – something that represents me and I’m expressing myself… I just want to inspire people to live their lives and my clothing is a representation of that freedom.
On lessons she taught daughter, Violet:
She’s definitely a happy, happy kid. I didn’t really have to teach her that but just to be nice to people. She has good manners, she practices love and God. I’ve never heard a child tell people that they love them so much and the same thing when she talks about prayer. It’s great to see that in a five year old that she’s filled with so much love and passes that on to people too.

So she didn’t say anything about suing the doctor that left all them lipo scars on her stomach?
I dont know if its that Hollywood mentality but she wasnt being real with Iyanla.She tried to ask her a real question about girlfriends talking to one another.And she didnt want to answer the question.So Iyanla cut her segment.Then she says something stupid like”I dont want the world to know what we talk about”.Well,why the hell was she on the show?
AnnW neither of them were open during the interview. They said just enough for it to be a go. they were both holding back and I agree, why do it if you don’t want your business out there like that…maybe it came down to relevance.
