Rachel Roy Beats Damon Dash in Child Custody Battle, Gets Restraining Order

During one incident, Rachel reportedly sent the police to Dame’s home because her children had missed school. The incident resulted in her filing court docs, stating that she’d like his visitation rights taken away from him. Rachel also claimed that Dame has a history of domestic violence and uses drugs. She also noted that at one point, Dame ‘kidnapped’ their daughter from a nail salon.

Meanwhile, Dame claimed that Rachel smokes weed around their daughters and also abuses alcohol. In fact, during one incident Dame says Rachel threatened to cut him with a knife and even drove drunk with one of their daughters.

In either case, the situation seems to have been resolved for now. Dame, who is very vocal on social media, has yet to comment publicly.
