Rachel Roy Beats Damon Dash in Child Custody Battle, Gets Restraining Order
Damon Dash has taken a L court, losing a battle with his ex-wife, designer Rachel Roy. As you know, Dash had publicly shared on social media that he was being prevented from seeing his daughters (6-year-old Tallulah and 15-year-old Ava) that he shares with Rachel.
On Monday, Rachel not only won sole legal and physical custody of their daughters (Dame was fighting for custody), but she also received a three-year restraining order. Dame reportedly did not show up for the court appearance. Instead, he posted an Instagram photo of him at the beach (see below).
No details on why the judge awarded Rachel custody, but the two had been sharing not so nice allegations about the other.
