[UPDATED] Chris Brown Allegedly Punches Man During Basketball Game + Alleged Victim Drops Case
Las Vegas police said they went to the hotel after they were called to the hospital but didn’t locate Chris.
So what’s next? Police have given Chris the option to sign off on a misdemeanor battery citation or have the case turned over to the Clark County District Attorney’s office.
Chris has yet to comment publicly, but posted an adorable father-daughter moment with baby Royalty on Instagram.

Update #2: Chris’s publicist, Nicole Perna, released the following statement:
Chris is currently in Las Vegas as he is performing at Drai’s on 5 May and receiving a Key to the Strip that day as well. He has a suite at the hotel that has a basketball court and invited friends to come play. An unruly individual showed up uninvited and was removed from the premises. Chris was not in an altercation with this person.
Update #3. According to reports, the battery charge against Chris has been dropped. Las Vegas police said Tuesday that the man who claimed the star had punched him during a basketball game is dropping out of the criminal case. Case closed.
