Floyd Mayweather Hit With $20 Million Lawsuit By Baby Mama Josie Harris For Lying About Domestic Violence
Because of these comments, Josie says that she’s been humiliated and been labeled a drug addict. In the court docs, she states Mayweather “maliciously lied about his beating” of her “disclaiming any responsibility for the attack that left Harris with serious injuries,” Harris states in the court documents, adding that “these lies were calculated to serve harm” to her, both personally and professionally.
FYI: In the file, she states that on Sept. 9, 2010, at around 5 a.m. Floyd entered her house and grabbed her by her hair and punched, struck and dragged her around the house, all in front of their children. Josie states that she called police, but once they arrived, Floyd asked them to remove Josie from “his” property. Police convinced him to leave, but he later returned and physically attacked her again. The next day after the incident, Floyd turned himself in and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Floyd has yet to comment. [E!]
