About her cooking show, At Home With Tia Mowry:

What’s really cool about this show is that, 50 percent of the show is cooking and the other 50 percent is reality. That’s is what’s so cool about the show, it’s different. I have been in the kitchen since I was six years old. I throw down some mac and cheese; I throw down some spaghetti and meatballs. I make hearty meals, but a lot of my meals are on the healthy side, so it’s a little mix.

If she is pregnant:

I am not getting the questions, if I am pregnant. People are already labeling me as pregnant. Every second on Instagram, I literally have to put up on Instagram I am not pregnant. Like really guys, I am not pregnant like they want me to be pregnant so bad. Thank you, but no.

Agent Blames Tia Mowrys Twin Sister-Tamera Mowry-For Losing Money In Twitter Endorsement Dean-the jasmine brand If she Tia and sister Tamera are competitive with each other:

Yes, but it is healthy competition. It’s like if I see that my sister can do it than I can do it too. Society defiantly puts it on us and we can not stand it.  It’s not cool, but as long as everything is ok at home, than that stuff doesn’t really affect us.

Having a career and a child:

I did have reservations on having a child. But one of my really good friends said, “you know what you cannot stop living.” Your real life is more important. What you do behind the cameras that’s is more important family, that is what’s important and right now I see how it has open and expanded my career. I feel like I have been working more now that I have had a child and also just mentally my perspective has changed. Not like I wasn’t a go-getter before, I am just so motivated and I am so focused because of my son. I felt like I began my career after his birth. Even when I was working on The Game, Mara the creator, said she saw a change in me, just with my maturity, my focus with my acting. If anything I feel like it has benefited me.
