(EXCLUSIVE) Usher Fears For His Life, Returns to Court Pleading For Restraining Order Against Stalker
Usher explained to the court that he feared Darshelle would harm not only him but his children. The judge granted his petition and ordered Darshelle to stay away from the pop star and his family for a year. The restraining order expired in July 2013.
Then on May 15th, Usher headed back to court and filed a petition to get a new restraining order against his stalker.
Usher is now pleading with the court to grant him a new TRO to make sure the woman stays far away from him and his family. The judge heard Usher’s plea for the TRO and granted a temporary order against Darshelle from coming near him or his family. A hearing has been set to decide whether the judge will make the order permanent in the next few weeks.
