Jay Z and Beyonce caused a bit of chaos in Norway. On Tuesday, the couple were spotted in Oslo, Norway, making an appearance at TIDAL’s headquarters.

As you know, Jay Z’s latest business venture is the music streaming service TIDAL. The pair were swarmed by photogs, fans and onlookers as they entered and exited the building.
