(EXCLUSIVE) Young Jeezy Scores Legal Victory in Lawsuit Accusing Him of Stealing Musicians Song
However, Syrrakos had been attempting to serve Jeezy with the legal paperwork for close to a year without any luck.
Then on June 26th, the federal court judge came back and dismissed the entire lawsuit. He explained that the musician was given too many chances to pull it together, and giving extensions on serving Jeezy for months. The judge even allowed the legal paperwork to be served by the US Marshalls but Syrrakos never even provided an address.
The judge said that Syrrakos promised he would serve Jeezy at the May 11th hearing. However, he did not follow through with his promise and as a result the judge awarded him nothing and dismissed the case in favor of Jeezy.
